Three-layered dreams

A dream within a dream within a dream -- plus more.

That's what "Inception" is all about. It's a film that makes you think and analyze 'dream layers.' Not bad.

But I enjoyed watching "Salt" more. It's action-packed, but not in a senseless way. And the twist at the end...totally unexpected. This early, I'm already waiting for its sequel! Hope Angelina Jolie will still be up for it.

The cinema is a nice place to unwind and rest those weary hands.

Evil work

Our fridge magnet reads: "Housework is evil."

No wonder lots of almost-desperate housewives would like to be more career-oriented these days. I mean, really. For who would want to cook meals, wash dishes, mop floors, clean kitchen counters, do the laundry, and attend to kids all day long for 365 days? Oh, those weary, weary hands!

The life of men is so much simpler.

True, one can always hire a househelp and/or nanny. But these days, finding trustworthy helpers is like finding a needle in the Pacific Ocean.
